Our customer service for online shopping is available from Monday to Friday.

We attend from 10:00 to 14:00

Warehouse Pickup

We are an online store operating 24 hours a day, with a location in Mollet del Vallés where all product references are in stock. We do not have products served directly by the manufacturer like New Rock or products that are not for immediate delivery (14-18 days).

Our warehouse is not a regular store; we offer the possibility to try on the items you are interested in and/or pick up your order, but it is still not a store. For this reason, there will always be a member of our team who will bring the products you have seen on the web and wish to purchase from the warehouse.

Visits are by appointment only. If you come without an appointment, we will not be available and cannot assist you.
