Exchanges

 

If you would like to exchange a size or product, please contact us to arrange it. You will need to send us the item you have, and we will send you the new one with free shipping. The exchange can be for any item on the website with an equal or greater value than the returned item.

 

 

Returns

 

You can return any item within 15 days from the date you received the order, provided it is eligible for return. (See the list of items not eligible for return for hygiene reasons at the end of this document.)

You can use any shipping option. We recommend that the shipment has a tracking number so both parties can follow it. Always keep the proof of shipment. (Please also provide our phone number +34 651 72 79 44 and email infocrazyinlove@gmail.com to the chosen courier so they can contact us upon delivery.)

 

How to return?

 

  1. Fill out the return form (you will find it inside your package). If you can't find the form, don't worry, just use a piece of paper and write your full name, address, email, order number, and reason for return. It is important to provide as much information as possible so our team knows what to do with your return once they receive it and can quickly locate your order.

  2.  Pack everything properly and make sure all items meet the return conditions:

    a. Returned items must be in their original state and original packaging, with their original labels. b. All items must be returned impeccably clean, unworn, unwashed, free of odors, dust, animal hair, deodorant, or makeup stains. c. Each returned item must be neatly folded and packed in the original packaging.

  1. Send us an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier company you used to send us the return. (Only if you send it on your own.)



  1. Wait until we receive and inspect the return and finally refund your payment (this process can take about 5 working days from the time we receive the package).



THESE ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR HYGIENE REASONS

  • Underwear (panties, bras), lingerie, swimwear.

  • Hosiery (socks, stockings, tights, fishnets, garters).

  • Masks and harnesses (any mask for mouth and eyes).

  • Wigs and false eyelashes.

  • Mesh and nylon garments and accessories: tops, dresses, bodysuits, gloves, and other items of fragile fabric.

  • Earrings and body piercings.

  • Contact lenses.

  • Jewelry and costume jewelry.

  • Headbands, hair bands, any hair jewelry.

  • Handmade, personalized items.
