If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange this. Please note that this option is available in some countries, while in others it is not.


Returns

You can return any item within 15 days of the date you received the order, provided it is eligible for return.
(See the list of items unsuitable for hygienic reasons at the end of this document.)

You have two options for making your return:


1. Through the Crazyinlove returns portal

You can make the return from the delivery point of your choice.
This service costs €5.50 which will be deducted from your total refund amount.
You can easily manage it through our portal.

2. Self-shipping

In this case, it's very important that you notify us beforehand that you will be doing it this way. Please note that the customer is solely responsible if the package is lost or returned.

As a side note, some courier services like DHL often cause problems, as they leave packages at collection points without notifying us at any time.

You can send the return with the courier company of your choice.

We recommend that the shipment includes a tracking number, that you also send it to us, and that you keep the receipt.

Please send us an email with the tracking number and the name of the courier company used (only if you are shipping it yourself).

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund. This process may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the package.


How to make a return?

Fill out the return form (included in your package).
If you cannot find it, use a piece of paper indicating:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Email

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Please ensure that the items meet the following conditions:

✅ In original condition, with original packaging and labels
✅ Impeccably clean, unused, unwashed, and odorless
✅ No makeup stains, pet hair, or deodorant
✅ Neatly folded and in their original packaging


❌ Items that CANNOT be returned (for hygiene reasons)

  • Underwear (panties, bras), lingerie, swimwear

  • Hosiery (socks, stockings, tights, fishnet stockings, garters)

  • Masks and harnesses (for mouth and eyes)

  • Wigs and false eyelashes

  • Mesh and nylon garments/accessories (tops, dresses, bodysuits, gloves, etc.)

  • Earrings and body piercings

  • Contact lenses

  • Jewelry and costume jewelry

  • Headbands, hair clips and hair jewelry

  • Personalized or handmade items

  • Party and formal dresses


🛑 IMPORTANT: Return of uncollected packages

If your package is returned to us because it was not collected, or the courier could not contact you due to an error in the data, we will understand that you are exercising your right of withdrawal .
In this case, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer .

📍 Spain: €5.50
📍 Portugal: €6.50
📍 Germany and France: €9.50

💡 This amount will be deducted from the refund.
Make sure your email and phone number are correct when making your purchase.
