If you wish to exchange a size or product, please contact us to arrange it. Please note that this option is available in some countries, while not possible in others.


Returns

You can return any item within 15 days of receiving the order, as long as it is eligible for return.
(See list of items not suitable for hygienic reasons at the end of this document.)

You have two options to make your return:


1. Through the Crazyinlove returns portal

You can return the item from the drop-off point of your choice.
This service has a cost that will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
You can easily manage it through our portal.

2.Shipping at own expense

In this case, it's very important that you notify us in advance that you'll be doing so. Please note that the customer is solely responsible if the package is lost or returned.

As a side note, some courier companies like DHL often cause problems, as they leave packages at collection points without informing us at any time.

You can send the return with the courier company of your choice.

We recommend that you include a tracking number with your shipment, that you also send it to us, and that you keep the receipt.

Please email us with the tracking number and the name of the courier company used (only if you are shipping on your own)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund. This process may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive your package.


How to make a return?

Fill out the return form (included in your package).
If you can't find it, use a piece of paper indicating:

  • Full name

  • Address

  • Email

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Make sure the items meet the following conditions:

✅ In original condition, with original packaging and tags
✅ Impeccably clean, unused, unwashed, and odorless
✅ No makeup, pet hair, or deodorant stains
✅ Neatly folded and in their original packaging


❌ Items that CANNOT be returned (for hygienic reasons)

  • Underwear (panties, bras), lingerie, swimwear

  • Hosiery (socks, stockings, tights, fishnet stockings, garters)

  • Masks and harnesses (for mouth and eyes)

  • Wigs and false eyelashes

  • Mesh and nylon garments/accessories (tops, dresses, bodysuits, gloves, etc.)

  • Earrings and body piercings

  • Contact lenses

  • Jewelry and costume jewelry

  • Headbands, headbands and hair jewelry

  • Personalized or handmade items

  • Party and ceremony dresses


🛑 IMPORTANT: Return of uncollected packages

If your package is returned to us because it has not been collected, or the courier was unable to contact you due to an error in your information, we will understand that you are exercising your right of withdrawal .
In this case, the return costs are borne by the customer :

📍 Spain: €5.50
📍 Portugal: €6.50
📍 Germany and France: €9.50

💡 This amount will be deducted from your refund.
Make sure your email and phone number are correct when making your purchase.
