Before Buying

  • When will out-of-stock items arrive?
    It depends on the model and the manufacturer. We restock constantly, but not all items can always be restocked. If you're interested in a specific item, we recommend signing up so we can notify you by email when it arrives.
  • When will my order arrive?
  • Your order will arrive within the timeframe indicated in our delivery time table, which you can view at this link: ___. If you do not receive it within this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist you with delivery. Please note that deliveries are not made on weekends and holidays.

  • What happens if I'm not home when the courier arrives?
    No problem. The courier usually sends a text message or email to notify you that delivery was unsuccessful. Depending on the courier, they may also call you. If the second delivery attempt is also unsuccessful, the package will be left at a collection point for you to pick up. If neither of these procedures are followed, please contact us and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

When do we ship orders?

Orders placed are shipped no later than the next business day. Orders placed Saturday through Sunday are shipped on Monday.

  • Do you ship to South America?
    No, we do not currently ship to South America.
  • Can I request delivery to another location?
  • If you request it before the package leaves our warehouse, there will be no problem. However, if you request it after the order has already been shipped, the process may be a bit more complicated. If the new delivery point is within the same delivery area as the courier, there will be no problem; however, if you wish to have it delivered to another city, the courier company will likely charge an additional fee for reshipping to the new address.

  • If you live in Spain, you can request that your order be delivered directly to a collection point. In other countries, the courier may leave your package at the nearest collection point if you are not at your address (with prior notification by email or SMS).
