Where We Are

Our online customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00 (Spanish time). If you write to us outside these hours, we will reply by email or WhatsApp within 24 working hours at the latest.

We are an online shop open 24 hours a day, and we have premises in Parets del Vallès (Barcelona) with all our product references in stock (New Rock products and pre-orders are not kept in this warehouse).

Our warehouse is not a regular shop: you can come to try on the garments you like or to pick up your order, but it is not open to the public. That is why someone from our team will always bring you the products you have seen on the website and want to buy.
