Where We Are

Our online customer service hours are Monday to Friday, from 10:00 to 14:00. If you contact us outside these hours, we will be happy to respond to you by email or WhatsApp within a maximum of 24 business hours.

We are an online store that operates 24 hours a day, and we have a local facility in Mollet del Vallés with all product references in stock. (We do not have New Rock products available in this warehouse)

Our warehouse is not a traditional store; we offer the possibility to try on garments you are interested in and/or pick up your order, but it is still not a retail store. For this reason, a member of our team will always be on hand to retrieve the products you have seen on the website and wish to purchase from the warehouse.
