Information about Goth and Alternative Clothing Pre-orders

In our online store, we offer certain items as pre-orders, especially for new gothic, punk, and alternative fashion collections.

How does pre-ordering work?

When you purchase a pre-order item:

1. You confirm your order and payment.

2. We request the garment directly from the factory.

3. The supplier begins production.

These are not customized products.

Pre-order shipping times

The estimated delivery time is 18 to 20 business days from payment confirmation.

• Business days: Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).

• Shipping to Spain, France, Germany, and Portugal.

• In the event of an exceptional delay, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Combined orders (in-stock + pre-order)

If you place an order that combines:

• Products in immediate stock

• Pre-order products

The shipment will be made once all items are available.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Cancellations and right of withdrawal (European Union)

Since pre-order products are requested specifically after order confirmation:

• It will not be possible to cancel the order once the process with the factory has begun.

In accordance with European e-commerce regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, except for customized products or those made to the customer's specifications.

Returns must comply with our general policy (garment unworn, with tags, and in perfect condition).
