Men's Gothic Vest in Black and Red with Velvet and Embroidered Appliqués
Tax included. Shipping calculated at checkout
Free shipping from €80 (sale items excluded)
Estimated delivery: 15–20 business days.
The dark red of the velvet is the star of this men's vest: it forms two V-shaped panels on either side of the zip, shows through on the shoulder bands and finishes the ruffled trim of the high collar. Black embroidered appliqués of raised scrolls and flowers are sewn onto that velvet, while the rest of the body is a black cloth-type fabric of polyester and cotton.
The black and red contrast needs few pieces around it: a black shirt, ideally with full sleeves or lace, dark trousers and boots. It is an option for concerts, gothic weddings or photo shoots where you want a touch of colour without leaving black behind. Only the vest is sold; the shirt, trousers and boots in the photos are not included.
Key features
- Ruffled collar: the high collar ends in a ruffled red velvet trim that frames the face.
- Braid over velvet: on each shoulder, three rows of black wavy braid sit over bands of red velvet.
- Full-length zip: the front closes with a central zip with a worked metal pull.
- Side pockets: one welt pocket on each side, at hip height.
- Adjustable back: the plain black back has a strap with an ornate buckle to adjust the waist.
