Information about the Pre-Sale of Gothic and Alternative Clothing
In our online store we offer certain items in pre-sale mode, especially in new collections of gothic, punk and alternative fashion.
These are all the garments that have this label in their first photo: 
This system allows us to work more sustainably and offer a wider variety of sizes and designs.
How does the pre-sale work?
When you buy an item on pre-order:

You confirm your order and payment.

We order the garment directly from the factory.

The supplier begins manufacturing.
These are not personalized products.
Pre-order shipping times
The estimated delivery time is 18 to 20 working days from confirmation of payment.

Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Shipping to Spain, France, Germany and Portugal.

In case of exceptional delay, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.
Combined orders (stock + pre-sale)
If you place an order that combines:

The shipment will be made when all items are available.
If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.
Cancellations and right of withdrawal (European Union)
Since pre-ordered products are specifically requested after order confirmation:

It will not be possible to cancel the order once the process with the factory has started.
In accordance with European e-commerce regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal , except for personalized products or products made according to the customer's specifications.
Returns must comply with our general policy (unused garment, with tags and in perfect condition).

Exchanges & Returns
Changes
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange this. Please note that this option is available in some countries, while in others it is not.
Returns
You can return any item within 15 days of the date you received the order, provided it is eligible for return.
(See the list of items unsuitable for hygienic reasons at the end of this document.)
You have two options for making your return:

If you wish, you can use our optional returns collection service . This service costs €5.50 , which covers only the transport and logistics of the return , and will be deducted from your refund.
You can also return the order yourself using your preferred shipping company, at no extra cost.
To arrange collection through our portal, contact us by email or WhatsApp and we will provide you with all the necessary information.
2. Self-shipping
In this case, it's very important that you notify us beforehand that you will be doing it this way. Please note that the customer is solely responsible if the package is lost or returned.
As a side note, some courier services like DHL often cause problems, as they leave packages at collection points without notifying us at any time.
You can send the return with the courier company of your choice.
We recommend that the shipment includes a tracking number, that you also send it to us, and that you keep the receipt.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process the refund. This process may take up to 5 business days from the date we receive the package.

If your package is returned to us because it was not collected, or the courier could not contact you due to an error in the data, we will understand that you are exercising your right of withdrawal .
