Información sobre la Preventa de Ropa Gótica y Alternativa
En nuestra tienda online ofrecemos determinados artículos en modalidad preventa, especialmente en nuevas colecciones de moda gótica, punk y alternativa.
Son todas aquellas prendas que en su primera foto tengan esta etiqueta: 
Este sistema nos permite trabajar de forma más sostenible y ofrecer mayor variedad de tallas y diseños.
¿Cómo funciona la preventa?
Cuando compras un artículo en preventa:

Confirmas tu pedido y pago.

Solicitamos la prenda directamente a fábrica.

El proveedor inicia su fabricación.
No se trata de productos personalizados..
Plazos de envío en preventa
El plazo estimado de entrega es de 18 a 20 días laborables desde la confirmación del pago.

Días laborables: de lunes a viernes (excepto festivos).

Envíos a España, Francia, Alemania y Portugal.

En caso de retraso excepcional, informaremos al cliente lo antes posible.
Pedidos combinados (stock + preventa)
Si realizas un pedido que combina:

El envío se realizará cuando todos los artículos estén disponibles.
Si deseas recibir antes los artículos en stock, recomendamos realizar pedidos por separado.
Cancelaciones y derecho de desistimiento (Unión Europea)
Dado que los productos en preventa se solicitan específicamente tras la confirmación del pedido:

No será posible cancelar el pedido una vez iniciado el proceso con fábrica.
Conforme a la normativa europea de comercio electrónico, el cliente dispone de 14 días naturales desde la recepción del pedido para ejercer su derecho de desistimiento, salvo en productos personalizados o confeccionados conforme a especificaciones del cliente.
Las devoluciones deberán cumplir nuestra política general (prenda sin usar, con etiquetas y en perfecto estado).

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us to arrange this. Please note that this option is available in some countries, while in others it is not.
Returns
You can return any item within 15 days of the date you received the order, provided it is eligible for return.

This service costs €5.50 which will be deducted from your total refund amount.

2. Self-shipping
In this case, it's very important that you notify us beforehand that you will be doing it this way. Please note that the customer is solely responsible if the package is lost or returned.
As a side note, some courier services like DHL often cause problems, as they leave packages at collection points without notifying us at any time.
You can send the return with the courier company of your choice.
We recommend that the shipment includes a tracking number, that you also send it to us, and that you keep the receipt.
