How does the pre-sale work?

When you buy an item on pre-order:

1. You confirm your order and payment.

2. We order the garment directly from the factory.

3. The supplier begins manufacturing.

These are not personalized products.

Pre-order shipping times

The estimated delivery time is 18 to 20 working days from confirmation of payment.

• Working days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

• Shipping to Spain, France, Germany and Portugal.

• In case of exceptional delay, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Combined orders (stock + pre-sale)

If you place an order that combines:

• Products in stock immediately

• Products on pre-sale

The shipment will be made when all items are available.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing separate orders.

Cancellations and right of withdrawal (European Union)

Since pre-ordered products are specifically requested after order confirmation:

• It will not be possible to cancel the order once the process with the factory has started.

In accordance with European e-commerce regulations, the customer has 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal , except for personalized products or products made according to the customer's specifications.

Returns must comply with our general policy (unused garment, with tags and in perfect condition).
